TROGIR

* We have received reports that bulk carrier TROGIR (IMO: 9222572) experienced an ingress of water to the engine room and subsequent engine failure in the western Gulf of Aden on 8 December 2025.

* It is reported that the vessel was later taken under tow by tug to Djibouti on 12 December for inspection and, possibly, repairs.

* It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.

* We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any of the cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
